CHECK-IN, ARRIVAL, TICKETS
Early Access Ticket Holders for the Thursday Welcome Concert can arrive and check in starting at 3 pm. Camping and campsites will be available at that time. REMINDER Early Bird buyers: The Thursday Welcome Concert is included in your purchase.
Two-Day Pass Holders can arrive and check in starting Friday at 10 am. Camping and campsites will be available at that time.
Single-day pass check-in time?
Single-day pass holders can arrive at 2 pm the day of their pass.
Can I share my two-day pass?
No, you’ll get a non-transferable and non-replaceable wristband on your first day of attendance.
Age restrictions/kid tickets?
This is an all-ages, family-friendly event. Children 14 and under are free with a parent or guardian present. No ticket required.
Refunds?
Sorry, tickets to the festival are non-refundable. This is a rain-or-shine event. See more about weather guidance below. Line-up is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be given if this occurs.
When will I get my ticket?
Tickets are delivered via email 72 hours prior to the event. We can always look up your order if you can’t have issues retrieving your tickets when you arrive.
When does the concert lawn open and the music start?
The concert lawn opens at 4 pm and music begins shortly thereafter. Please be respectful of the work on stage and pay attention to security and staff for announcements.
Ghost Ranch Property access?
On-site Lodging/Camping Ticket holders have access to the entire Ghost Ranch grounds at all times. All other pass holders can access the Ghost Ranch property and trails after the allowed check-in time for their pass type.
Re-entry policy?
All Passholders may enter and exit the grounds as they wish but must be wearing their wristband to be re-admitted.

CONCERT AND VENUE FAQS
What to bring?
A great attitude, a joyful disposition, and a little sense of adventure. It is advised to bring cash as credit card connections can be spotty. Bring water needed for your camping needs. Bring a refillable water bottle for water on the concert grounds (we will have water stations), sunscreen, a hat, a warm jacket for after sunset, camping/ lawn chairs, and sturdy shoes.
What not to bring?
NO Glass containers, NO weapons (including large knives (blades over 2.5 inches), NO guns of any kind. NO pets are allowed on the concert law unless they are a vested service animal. Non-aggressive leashed pets are allowed in the camping area, please pick up after your pet. NO unlicensed vending, illegal drugs. NO bad vibes.
Is seating reserved?
No, seating is not reserved. The lawn is general admission, first come/first serve lawn style seating in the very large concert lawn in the center of Ghost Ranch surrounded by the amazing New Mexico landscape. Chairs, blankets, etc. are welcome. There is a VIP viewing area up front for VIP experience purchasers.
Can I bring a seat/chair?
YES! Please do plan to bring your own camp chair, lawn chair, or blanket.
Blanket/ tarp size is limited to 10’x10′. As always be mindful of other attendees when setting up your chairs/site on the concert lawn.
The area directly in front of the stage is reserved for standing and dancing.
Can I set up my seating area early?
No. No one will be allowed early access and you cannot reserve an area on the lawn before it is opened to all. This is an intimate festival so there is plenty of room, so enjoy the Ghost Ranch grounds, museum, and trails until the music starts.
Can I leave my seating area set-up?
No. All seating must be cleared from the concert lawn at the end of the concert each night.
Are umbrellas/shade tents allowed?
Umbrellas and small shade structures are allowed but please be conscious of your fellow concert goers. Anything obstructing the view of other patrons must be taken down during performances and ALL shade structures must be taken down once the sun sets.
Cell service/WIFI?
Ghost Ranch is isolated in a rural area and cellular service can be spotty. Wifi access is limited to Ghost Ranch guests and is not always reliable. Plan to bring cash for backup in the event credit card sales are not possible at all locations.
Parking?
Free parking is provided. On-site lodgers, park at your room. Campers park on your site. Day pass holders park in the day pass area.
Smoking?
Smoking is not allowed on the concert lawn.
ADA: Ghost Ranch is ADA compliant?
There will be designated ADA parking and ADA compliant bathrooms. There is NO special ADA viewing area. We will work to accommodate any requests that differently abled guests may have at lensic360@lensic.org
PETS/DOGS?
No pets are allowed on the concert law unless they are a vested service animal. Non-aggressive leashed pets are allowed in the camping area, please pick up after your pet.
Photography?
Cell phone photos and videos are welcome and even encouraged! (Share them with us on the Lensic 360 Facebook and Instagram pages.) Professional photography and video equipment will not be allowed on the concert grounds.
Weather?
This is a Rain or Shine event. Plan accordingly with rain gear. Temperatures in the high desert of New Mexico can vary widely. Bring sunscreen, a hat and also warm clothes for the evening and nighttime hours. We anticipate highs in the mid 80º’s with overnight temps as low as 60º.
FOOD & DRINK
While we will have several food vendors and the Ghost Ranch dining hall on site, all camping attendees are encouraged to bring food. Our vendors should augment your camping experience but should not necessarily be relied on for all meals. All sing-day pass holders have access to all food vendors.
Bode’s General Store is a northern New Mexico institution and a great stop for food and other supplies. Located in Abiquiu just 17 minutes from Ghost Ranch Bode’s has everything you may need and a whole lot more!
We will have several breakfast/coffee bar options that start at 7 am.
- Tender Fire Pizza serves woodfired artisanal pies and salads. Thursday, Friday, Saturday dinner.
- Poki Tako of New Mexico serves poke bowls, fresh sashimi, fusion tacos, and more. Thursday dinner; Friday & Saturday breakfast, lunch & dinner, Sunday breakfast.
- Mas Chile serves our cherished New Mexican cuisine and American fare. Thursday dinner, Friday & Saturday breakfast, lunch & dinner, Sunday breakfast
- One Trick Pony Burger: smash burgers made with local grass-fed beef. Thursday, Friday & Saturday Dinner
- Ghost Ranch Kitchen by Chef Patrick Gharrity: Friday & Saturday dinner.
- Chef Patrick is also serving the Thursday night Grill & Chill BBQ, available for pre-order here.
- Jambo Cafe serves African home-style cuisine. Thursday, Friday, Saturday dinner.
- Aly Gyro’s is open Thursday, Friday, Saturday dinner.
- Ghost House Cafe by Todd Spitzer (breakfast burritos, pastries, coffee, drinks, and more) is open Thursday dinner, Friday and Saturday breakfast, lunch & dinner, Sunday breakfast
- Street Sweet serves funnel cakes, ice cream, deep fried Oreos, and more. Thursday dinner, Friday & Saturday lunch & dinner.
- Freshies Juice serves up locally made juices. Thursday night, all day Friday, all day Saturday.
Alcohol?
NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL ALLOWED. Beer and wine service provided by Santa Fe Brewing and Gruet Winery will be available on the concert lawn starting at 4 pm daily. Tumbleroot will be serving craft cocktails in the VIP lounge.
Coolers/picnics allowed?
Coolers/picnics are allowed on the concert lawn but again, NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL on site. Coolers entering the lawn are subject to search. No glass please.
Water?
Bring refillable water bottles. We will have water filling stations on the concert lawn. No glass please.
Ice?
Yes, We will have ice available for purchase ($5) at Ghost House Cafe. Ice hours are 7 am–4 pm.
